Manantiales Master Plan

Valle de Bravo, Estado de México.
The area of Valle de Bravo, southwest of the Edo. Mexico, has become the destination of choice for the capital and toluqueño. Stands out for its great lake and its picturesque village with houses of adobe, red tiles and cobblestone streets.

Our office developed the conceptual design of the Master Plan of the venue of 108.45 hectares, a field of very interesting topography, immersed in a forest preserve of conifers of great environmental value, bordered by natural rivers and springs of water inside the venue. The project consisted in preserving the natural beauty of the site and take advantage of features available for leisure in the affairs, was designed a system of management of existing water bridges to connect the development, recreational areas in the forest, a horticultural garden for family meals and the design of the landscape architecture of development.
